A training plan like no other for a race like no other! :
Get ready to experience the Marathon des Terroirs du Valais in good spirits and without pressure, over the distance of your choice (5 km, 10 km or half-marathon)! The SMOVE program is accessible to everyone and fun thanks to the variety of sessions.
Our aim: to get you across the finish line with a smile on your face - and without being at the end of your wax and not a bit sore the next day.
What is a SMOVE training plan?
🌀 2 to 3 sessions a week, adapted to your schedule, with a long run and an interval podcast session, so that you can progress with the right support, and the 3rd bonus session, depending on your mood and your daily routine.
🎧 The interval podcast: just put on your sneakers and we'll guide you through the session, with advice on technique, training and running pace. We also talk about our careers, our own experiences with running, and all without a filter!
🥳 A stress-free plan: no pressure, just fun and a crazy atmosphere to prepare you for this unique race!
